The BICC addresses the increasing need for BI to take on a strategic approach, encompassing technology requirements as well as people, business processes and the existing culture within an organisation.
A BICC provides the business with solutions that fit the exact requirements of the organisation and will evaluate which tools and technologies are appropriate for the business, ensuring that standardisation is achieved. The BICC team will consist of members bringing skills from 3 key areas: Business and BI ensuring strategic direction; Business Analysis and IT.
