During a free one hour consultation, completely without obligation, we'll quickly establish if we can work together.

A further day with you will identify the key challenges you face and outline the potential routes our solution could take.

The answers can only come with a higher understanding of your organisation and its processes, an understanding gained through time spent with you, talking about your business and discovering where the real issues lie.

Finally comes a higher purpose, the strongest commitment to a solution that produces the results you want, then going further, to keep you on track and consistently meeting your objectives.  

Altimus will then take on the Project Management, which is the glue that holds all our work together.

Our terms of business centre on a fixed price, agreed only once the objectives have been established. It's clear, up front and transparent. You always know what you're paying, with no hidden invoices arriving when you least expect them.
